Let us now see how can you delete app history. You can delete app history in following four ways:

  1. First of all, open your Jio Chat app. You will see More option on the right side.
  2. On entering More you will see the setting option. Now enter Setting.
  3. On entering Setting you will find Clear all chat history below Security and Privacy. Click on it.
  4. On tapping Clear all chat history the system will ask you once again whether you want to delete chat history. On tapping Yes, chat history will be deleted.
