Delete your personal data from Jio Apps
Remove my personal data from Jio app: You must not be aware of the fact that if you are a Reliance Jio customer and has installed their apps on your phone then your privacy is in danger. Reliance has given few apps in Jio packages one of which is Jio Chat App. With the help of this app, you can make free voice calls, free SMS, and video calls. One also gets the option of group chat, data sharing and conference call in it.

Actually, all such type of apps keeps recording your phone contacts and social media account information. All this information is recorded in app history. You should know the fact that there are many hackers in internet industry who keeps on searching history of apps to know your personal details. Hence it is necessary that you keep on deleting your history from the app.
Let us now see how can you delete app history. You can delete app history in following four ways:
- First of all, open your Jio Chat app. You will see More option on the right side.
- On entering More you will see the setting option. Now enter Setting.
- On entering Setting you will find Clear all chat history below Security and Privacy. Click on it.
- On tapping Clear all chat history the system will ask you once again whether you want to delete chat history. On tapping Yes, chat history will be deleted.
